FAQ

Do you install systems too?

No. PRO HEIGHT is 100% independent—we only inspect. That keeps our reporting unbiased and audit-ready.

Which standards do your inspections reference?

Our reports reference the applicable Australian Standards and WA regulations, including the AS/NZS 1891 series for fall-arrest systems and AS/NZS 5532 for anchors (plus manufacturer requirements). Where relevant we note AS 1657 for fixed ladders, walkways and platforms.

How often do systems and PPE need inspecting?

As a rule of thumb: height-safety systems annually and PPE every 6–12 months. Final frequencies must follow the manufacturer’s instructions, site risk profile and applicable standards.

What exactly do you inspect?

Anchor points, static lines, fixed ladders, guardrails, walkways/platforms, ladder systems and access points. For PPE: harnesses, lanyards, SRLs, connectors and related gear.

Do you work across Perth only?

We service Perth metro as standard and can attend regional WA by arrangement.

How is pricing handled?

We use transparent fixed rates for small sites and portfolio pricing for multi-site work. Regional travel or special access (e.g., EWP) is quoted upfront.
